Your GymMaster account connects your online membership to the member app and BodyFit's reception access reader.

Choose monthly or annual membership, then complete your details in GymMaster to create your member account.
Remember the email and password used during signup.

Get the member app
Download GymMaster Member and sign in with the same credentials. Your BodyFit membership should appear automatically.
Available for iPhone and Android.

Check in at reception
Open the app as you approach reception, keep Bluetooth on, and allow Bluetooth access. Tap Check In if shown; the nearby reader records your visit when access is granted.
Your membership must be active for access.
Keep the app installed and Bluetooth available for each visit. If access does not appear, fully close and reopen the app or ask at reception.

Is there a signup fee or long contract?
There is no signup fee. Monthly membership is a flexible rolling plan with 14 days' notice to cancel. The annual plan is paid in full and does not renew automatically.
How do I access the gym after joining online?
Download the GymMaster Member app for iPhone or Android and sign in with the email and password used during signup. Open the app near reception with Bluetooth enabled and tap Check In if it appears. The nearby reader records your visit when access is granted.
